Italian Renaissance Revival (10) Piece Dining Set, Carved Frieze, Full Lion Detail: Incredible 10 piece full dining set. Included are the massive sideboard, (2) smaller buffets, dining table with removable top, and (6) chairs. Paperwork complete to the original purchase and shipment of the set from Italy. Paperwork includes: customs declaration, bill of lading, shippers information all from 1972 when it was delivered to the United States. Large sideboard 2 piece with egg and dart and dentil molding, carved frieze on both doors, full body lion supports measures 57" tall 21" deep and 7' long. (2) smaller buffets each with its own carved frieze of Joan of Arc, and military fighting sequence measures 46" long 23" deep and 40.5" tall. Dining table with full body lion supports columns 32" tall 38" wide and 73" long. (6) chairs with leather back and seats (all would need restoration or replaced due to staining or tearing) with rosette detail carved stretchers. Measure 41.5" tall, 18" seat height. Incredibly heavy set, but in excellent condition. All carved friezes are in near mint condition. Some edge and feet wear.
