Stunning 18k Gold Diamond and Ruby Floral Brooch: Just magnificent brooch set in 18k yellow gold. Of 2 flowers containing 2 round diamond solitaires measuring 3mm each (.22 carat weight), and surrounded by 22 round rubies. Measures 2.5" long, and total weight is 16.6 grams. Just a gorgeous piece of gold jewelry.
