1911 T3 Turkey Red Cabinet Card No. 98 Solly Hofman: Checklist Back. Played for Pittsburgh Pirates NL (1903, 1912–1913), Chicago Cubs NL (1904–1912, 1916), Brooklyn Tip-Tops FL (1914), Buffalo Blues FL (1915), New York Yankees AL (1916). With the Cubs for most of his career, Hofman was utility man during the Cubs three straight National League pennant years from 1906 through 1908. The Cubs were Series Champs in 1907 and 1908, and Hofman batted .298 in three World Series. All of the 1911 T3 Turkey Reds in this auction are ungraded, but very grade worthy.
