19th c. French Bronze Ormolu Candelabra Pair Signed Henry Picard for Restoration: A Pair of Napoleon III Neo-Etruscan Style Gilt-Bronze Three-Light Candelabra By Henri Picard. This pair is need of restoration, but it appears all the pieces are present to do so. The foot on one is broken and appears to be intact otherwise. The other has two broken feet, and needs to be reassembled. These are approximately 25” tall with a 6” spread. The bottom on one foot is marked PICARD Tfs
