Massive Palatial Museum Quality Gilt Wood 19th Century Carved Baroque Frame With Inset Original Oil Painting: Measuring 80" tall x 56" at top, and 51" at bottom, a stunning gilded carved wood frame with acanthus leaf detail, rosettes, cross hatch top, half moon modling. Frame is approximately 8" deep. 3 professional repairs to 3 of the many protuding leaf details. Intact and just gorgeous. Original oil painting is of Madonna and Child. Painting is in need of repair. Needs stretched, and restoration of cracking. An incredible piece of architecture that you would easily see at any museum.
