Signed on bottom with a LOA from James Spence Authentication reading October 4, 1900 personalized, "Sincerely from William McKinley." Signed while he was President. Photo has been mounted to a board. The board has condition issues that DOES NOT affect the photo. Unfortunately since it is mounted, there is no way to see the back and find a photgrapher's stamp or signature. Photo measures 18 x 22.25". Incredible piece of history
